At MDP, our focus is building functional capacity, making a difference and a positive change in peoples lives.
As a physiotherapist with Mobile Disability Physio, you must be professional, motivated and engaging with good communication skills (verbal and written). Time management skills are essential.
The position comes with a work vehicle and applicants will require a driver's license.
Qualifications & experience

Full APHRA registration- only full APHRA applicants considered

Full and current driver's licence. Work vehicle provided.

Valid Australian working rights.
Tasks & responsibilities
-
Provision of Physiotherapy (assessment, treatment and set up/progression of home exercise program) to support our NDIS participant.

Ability to work independently, with support as part of our team and supervision sessions provided as needed.

Work closely with NDIS participants, family members and support workers
-
Communicate with allied health staff and Support Coordinators
-
Excellent documentation skills and report writing including Physiotherapy Initial Assessment Reports and End of NDIS Plan Reports. We will provide training and support for NDIS documentation.

Use clinical reasoning and evidence based practice to meet clinical standards
